When buying from AntoineAtelier, through the site or other enabled commercial channels, such as e-mail, WhatsApp or any other instant messaging platforms or social media, the following terms and conditions apply:
ORDERS:
Orders can be placed online at antoineatelier.com any time.
An email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships.
Orders with multiple items will be shipped when all items are finished and/or in stock unless otherwise specified, in writing, by the customer.
AntoineAtelier reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by AntoineAtelier.
HANDMADE PIECES
Handmande pieces may take 20 labor days to ship.
An email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
CORRECTION OF ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
We do our best to always present the most recent, accurate and reliable information on the website. However, the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice, including after order placement and confirmation.
We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for anything listed incorrectly regardless if the order was confirmed and your credit card charged.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Cash (if possible). Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
SHIPPING
We ship all over the world utilizing a few different carriers.
We are not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order ships.
If your order is sent back by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you are responsible to pay for re-shipping.
Domestic shipment: All shipments in Colombia are free.
International shipment:
A shipping fee will be added to all international shipments, considering the fees of transport companies and tax regulations in each destination.
We are not responsible for extra duties, taxes or other fees associated with international shipments and for any delays or other issues that may arise.
Shipment to Russia, Brazil, Uruguay, Curacao and other Caribbean, Asian or African countries might have higher fees than expected.
